With 20+ years in entrepreneurship, security, and international trade, he co-founded Guardian Global Resources and leads ARCSLS. He is certified in finance and journalism, Ben is passionate about leadership, mentoring, and business growth.
Dr. Frederick Ilekhuoba
Vice Chairman of BM Global Import and Export Co., Ltd.
A seasoned investor and property developer, he is also the CEO of Osom Properties Ltd, with notable developments in Lekki and Banana Island.
He brings extensive experience in leadership, marketing, and management to the company.

With 20+ years in oil and gas. Alhaji Muhammad holds multiple degrees, including two MBAs, and is a member of key professional bodies.
He is known for leadership in shipping, gas, and oilfield operations, he also serves as Director of Operations at Arc Support and Logistics Services Ltd.

Achimugu Ocheje is a seasoned professional with a strong foundation in public administration, operations, and organizational management.
His career spans key leadership roles, including Principal Education Officer and Cultural Officer with the Kogi State Government.
A former President of the Students Union Government, he brings proven leadership, strategic insight, and a results-driven approach to his work.

Rear Admiral Johnson Omoniyi Olutoyin (Rtd)
He brings over 37 years of exemplary military service to BM Global Import and Export Co., Ltd.
A graduate of the Nigerian Defence Academy, he began his distinguished naval career in 1979 and ascended through the ranks to Rear Admiral in 2010. Throughout his service, he held several key leadership roles both domestically and internationally, including strategic command positions, before retiring in January 2016.
His extensive operational expertise and leadership acumen continue to provide invaluable guidance to the organization’s strategic initiatives.
Commodore Sola Isola Adebayo (Rtd)
A member of the Advisory Board at BM Global Import and Export Co., Ltd, Commodore Sola Adebayo (Rtd) is a seasoned security and logistics expert with a distinguished naval career.
He holds degrees in Mathematics and Security & Strategic Studies and is pursuing a PhD in Defence and Strategic Studies. His experience spans ECOMOG, UN peacekeeping, and senior roles in the Nigerian Navy, with core strengths in policy development, risk assessment, and strategic training.
Commodore HP Dogara (Rtd)
Commodore HP Dogara (Rtd) is a seasoned military strategist with a background in history, strategic studies, and security operations.
A former Naval Contingent Commander and senior instructor, he held key roles across the Nigerian Navy before retiring in 2023. He brings valuable expertise in leadership, logistics, and defense operations to BM Global Import and Export Co., Ltd.
